Company History
In 1989, La-Tina Jenkins, founder of Cheesecake to a T, began baking
cheesecake for family and friends, taking every opportunity to modify
the recipe till the perfect flavor and consistency was reached. In 2006
after careful consideration and tremendous support from family and
friends, La-Tina set out to find the perfect location to launch her long-
time dream. Cheesecake to a T is now located at 4133 Whitney Avenue
in the Mount Carmel area of Hamden, CT. After many obstacles, the
company’s grand opening was held on August 18th and 19th of 2007.
Cheesecake to a T, LLC began as a wholesale cheesecake bakery servicing primarily restaurants, caterers and non-profit organizations. Since its doors opened, it’s offerings have been expanded to include sales to retail customers as well. With gourmet cheesecake novelties, such as cheesecake on a stick, cheesecake bon-bons and cheesecake waffle bowl sundae’s, Cheesecake to a T continues to provide the highest quality gourmet cheesecakes available!
